Hello beautiful! And welcome to my first blog post here on Wanderlush Collective.

My name is Lorina and I’m a Manifestation & Life Transformation Coach whose passion lies in guiding women to live their most authentic and aligned lives while feeling confident, worthy and empowered AF! I do this through the power of manifestation, mindset and wellness.
Today I’m breaking down what Manifestation is. This will be really helpful if you are new to manifestation or would like to deepen your knowledge of the life-changing and powerful practice. It goes much deeper than just the law of attraction. There’s so much to share I can’t fit it into one post so today’s is a brief intro and stay tuned for more to come!
What is Manifestation
Manifestation is a way of being, it’s a way of life. Whether or not you realise it, we are all always manifesting. Take a look around, your reality is a by-product of your manifesting.
Manifestation is bringing something into physical reality through our subconscious beliefs, thoughts, feelings and actions.
Many of us are not aware of what we are manifesting and go through the motions of life in the notion of letting life happen to us instead of creating a life by design.
This is where the beauty of manifestation comes in. We are all capable of creating those Pinterest board realities that we might only dream about.
Manifestation really takes into account cultivating a deep feeling of how you desire to feel in your life and doing it from a place of your current reality and not just for the future. So this involves really showing and tapping into gratitude and appreciation for the things you already have. Instead of focusing on where you are not and what you don’t have, focus on the good, increasing those positive feelings which in turn are attracting more of that to you which is a match of what you are manifesting.
A key thing is that manifestation is really paying attention to how you want to feel.
Now this is not to be confused with toxic positivity or spiritual bypassing This should never be the case, do not ignore your emotions. If you’re feeling negative emotions, sit with them, honour them, process and move through them so you can get back to a higher frequency. Ideally we want our natural states of being to be in a place of contentment, joy and overall feeling good.

As you can see, high-vibration emotions are joy, empowerment, love and appreciation while the low-vibrational emotions are grief, victim, powerlessness and fear. As humans, we experience a full range of emotions which are beautiful and that should be felt. It’s when we are in a dominant state of negative energy that we tend to attract more of this into our lives.
Again I will stress the importance of feeling your emotions and not ignoring them to try to stay “HIGH VIBE” all the time.
First, let’s break down what manifestation is not:
It’s not just about manifesting material items like that swanky car, gorgeous house and designer handbag. Now there is nothing wrong with this if course, but manifestation runs deeper than this. It’s about co-creating a life with the universe that truly lights you up while feeling gratitude towards what you already have.
It is not a religion it’s a way of being
Manifestation is not about making yourself out to be better than anyone else. We are all equal. This ties into the Law of Oneness, which explains we are all connected and we are all universal energy – stardust! (More on that in another post.)
There are no immediate results in most cases, which is a good thing because imagine if you thought about an elephant and then it appeared in your living room. Exactly.
Manifestation is not only for those who are wealthy or seem to have it all figured out. It is a tool available to everyone!
Manifestation does not just require you to sit around and wait for those desires to fall from the sky. Sorry to break it to you, but it does involve some work including inspired and aligned action! This really weaves in the masculine and feminine energy. I will dive more into this in another post.
Takeaway
Be mindful of what you are attracting into your reality. Focus on putting your energy towards activities, people and places that light you up and bring you joy.
I hope you enjoyed this brief intro to manifestation and I can’t wait to share more posts with you!
Thanks for reading!
Lots of love,
Lorina
